Cheryl Cole, Paramore and JLS are among the acts set to play this year’s Radio 1 Big Weekend.

The free event takes place at Faenoel Park in Bangor, Wales on May 22 and 23.

Other acts on the bill include Florence & The Machine, Rihanna, Lostprophets, Justin Bieber and 30 Seconds To Mars.

MGMT, Faithless, Biffy Clyro, Ke$ha, Tinie Tempha and Plan B will also appear.

In addition to the Main Stage, the event also boasts an In New Music We Trust Stage, BBC Introducing Stage and Outdoor Stage.

Twenty-thousand tickets a day will be available for this year's festival. Fans can register for tickets on the Radio 1 website.
