Max Drummey Paid Peaches Geldof To Marry Him

Max Drummey has revealed that his marriage to Peaches Geldof was a publicity stunt.

Worse, the Chester French guitarist says he actually paid Sir Bob's daughter to marry him.

Drummey told the Daily Mirror: "It was totally a publicity stunt. 100%. I have Peaches on retainer. Not as my PR, as my friend. On my personal payroll.

"She's my friend for money. She also orchestrates publicity stunts for me. I've garnered so much amazing publicity from awesome people."

There you have it, a winning formula - If you're in a shit band that no one gives a shit about then marry a talentless publicity seeker who's got a famous dad. Result.

The obnoxious pair married in a Las Vegas ceremony last summer and duly split six months later.
