Beatles' George Harrison To Receive Star On Hollywood Walk Of Fame

The late Beatle George Harrison will be honoured next week with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Harrison's widow, Olivia, and son, Dhani, are expected to appear at the unveiling ceremony in Los Angeles.

Harrison, the band's former guitarist, died in 2001 following a battle with cancer.

As previously reported on Gigwise, Beatles band mates Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr reunited onstage in New York on Saturday (April 4th).

Their appearance at Radio City Music Hall marked the first time the Sir Paul and Starr had performed together in seven years.
