Coldplay have donated a piano to the flood victims of a village in the Cotswolds.
The band gave St David’s School in Moreton £3,072 so it could buy a new piano. The school lost all of its musical equipment in the summer floods of 2007.
Christina Windridge, a teaching assistant at St David’s, told the Cotswold Journal that the school were “just so grateful to them because we have been able to use this money.”
"The money that we would have had to use to pay for the piano has been used to buy other keyboard equipment,” she added.
