Iggy Pop & The Stooges are set to perform for Madonna at her Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony next week.
While Justin Timberlake will introduce Madge at the New York event the motor city legends are set to perform several cover versions of her tracks.
Iggy and Modonna became friends when the former opened for the later at the Dublin leg of her 2004 ‘Reinvention’ tour.
Other acts set to play sets next week include Damien Rice (for Leonard Cohen), James Cotton (for Little Walter) and Patti LaBelle (for Gamble & Huff).
