U2's Bono and The Edge will be attending all the upcoming preview performances of the Spider-Man musical, it has been reported.
The pair will be joined by director Julie Taymor as they attend all the preview shows of 'Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark', Entertainment Weekly reports.
The musical has had a number of financial and techincal set backs since it began.
Last month, a stuntman was injured after falling 30ft when a harness failed and lead actress Natalie Mendoza reportedly quit the production after suffering a concussion at one of the early preview performances.
The musical at the Foxwoods Theatre features a score by Bono and The Edge. It is due to open officially in February 2011.
