The Libertines - OK so it's highly unlikely for a number of reasons but theoretically a reformed Libertines would have the interest levels to headline Glastonbury but that's not to say it would be anything short of a disaster. Ramshackle and chaotic, The Libertines were always best suited to playing small venues where you could get up close and personal with the band so to open them up the massive expanses of the Pyramid Stage would expose massive holes in the band's music.

- i disagree with all of them! apart from the police, kasabian and the killers.

- Kasabian would be the best headline act of this pony festival. You are talking total garb.

- Kasabian would be a 'disaster'? Are you kidding me?! It's about time a band like Kasabian shook this aging festival up a bit!!

- At this point, I think I'd see the Libs anywhere I could, even under less than ideal circumstances like a festival.

- a bit pathetic, gigwise.
