Cheryl Cole's publicist has denied widespread claims that the 'Say My Name' singer mimed during her performance on The Voice on Saturday night, (26 May, 2012).
A spokesperson for the star, who impressed by leaping from a ten-foot platform into the arms of her backing dancers on the show, has stated that "She sang live with a backing track."
Cheryl impressed with her dance moves during her performance on the BBC talent show, but viewers were less than convinced by her vocals, which many said were mimed to a pre-recorded live vocal track.
However, her performance certainly impressed her friend and collaborator Will.i.am who tweeted photos from the set of The Voice during Cheryl's performances, saying 'That's my girl @CherylCole rockin it'.
The performance was the first time Cheryl has performed the Calvin Harris-produced track on TV. Watch Cheryl's performance below.
