The Stone Roses made their live comeback in 16 years last night, performing to just 1000 people at Warrington's Parr Hall.
The gig was only announced yesterday afternoon with fans required to show a Stone Roses CD in order to collect a wristband for entry to the show.
Reports from the gig have been overwhelmingly positive, as you can see from our look at The Best Of The Tweets feature. Liam Gallagher was amongst the Manchester icons in the audience.
Video footage from the night is scarce with Ian Brown urging fans to live in the moment and put their phones down. However, this short clip of 'Made Of Stone' has surfaced:
The band played 11 songs in total, including fan favourites 'She Bangs The Drums', 'I Wanna Be Adored' and 'Waterfall'. You can see the ful setlist below:
