Mouse-headed dance star Deadmau5 has criticised Madonna's recent apparent drug reference during her appearance at the Miami Ultra Music Festival.
During an introduction to DJ Avicii, Madonna asked the audience: "How many people in this crowd have seen molly?". Molly is street slang for MDMA - or pure ecstasy.
Responding on his Facebook page, the dance DJ, who recently revealed a collaboration with My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way, slammed the star using drug references to appeal to the festival crowd.
"Very classy there madonna. 'Hur Dur Has Anyone Seen Molly???' such a great message for the young music lovers at ultra," the DJ told Facebook fans.
"Quite the f'n (f**king) philanthropist," he added. "But hey, at least yer Hip And Trendy! f**king cant smack my head hard enough right now."
He continued: "Seriously, i giveth not a f**king single F**K for slating on madonna for reaching an entirely NEW level of idiocy ... i can appriciate her meteoric career, and all good deeds done, but WHAT THE F**K WAS THAT? That's your big contribution to EDM? Thats your big message to ultra attendies? hipsterspeak for looking for drugs? f**k off you f**king IDIOT.
