Charity collective Military Wives have topped the UK album charts with their album 'In My Dreams', while Gotye spends another week atop of the singles' chart with his 'Somebody That I Used To Know' release.
These unexciting artists top the charts in a week where music has traditionally been panic-bought for mums across the nation, as forgetful offspring celebrate Mothers' Day. Other new entries in the album Top Ten include Michael Kiwanuka and Marcus Collins. Please do not hold us responsible if you find yourself overcome with excitement by these new entries.
In the singles' chart, Gotye is chased by US rapper Nicki Minaj and her hit 'Starships', while Alexandra Burke's 'Elephant' lumbers into the Top Ten at No.3. The most exciting action on the singles chart comes from Azealia Banks' new entry at No.24 with her '212' single.
Here's hoping something interesting happens in the chart next week...
