Arctic Monkeys look set to take America by storm in 2012, following relentless touring and promotion this year.
The Sheffield band, who released latest album 'Suck It And See' in May', revealed that their new material has gone down well with American fans.
Frontman Alex Turner told The Sun: "We're in a good place. Just coming to the end of this American tour, but it's been really good.
"America has really started to like us. We've started getting a really good response."
The band spent a large majority of this year in America, recording their new album in a Hollywood mansion next door to porn baron Larry Flynt.
