Jessie J has revealed that doctors thought the inside of her leg resembled a Crunchie bar when she broke her foot earlier this summer.
The singer is still recovering after undergoing surgery on the injury, which forced her to cancel a host of dates, including her appearance as a support act on Katy Perry's forthcoming UK tour.
Performing in London last night (September 21), Jessie J said her ruptured foot was still “very swore” and “very swollen”.
"When I came around from my anaesthetic, my doctor said that the inside of my foot was like a Crunchie bar,” she said about her surgery.
“They had to take all of it out, and had to put somebody else's bone in and they put a little plate on the other foot with four bolts so it is pretty sore.”

Despite the long recovery period, Jessie J todl the Press Association that she was still optimistic that she is “pulling through”.
“Adrenaline can take you to places that you don't think you can go,” she added.
After performing at Sketch last night, Jessie J was pictured at London's Merah club with Ellie Goulding, who has replaced her on Perry's tour.
