Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker has recorded vocals for Erol Alkan and Boys Noize's new single, 'Avalanche (Terminal Velocity)'.
The track, which you can hear a preview of below on Gigwise, is due to be released on September 12.
Cocker's spoken word contribution is taken directly from Leonard Cohen's song of the same name. Cohen has given permission for the song to be released.
The full release will feature remixes from Ewan Pearson and Canblaster.
Cocker's collaboration with the pair comes at the height of Pulp's reunion, which has seen them perform at festivals and solo gigs across the globe.
