The chairman of West Oxfordshire Conservative Association has been found dead in a VIP backstage toilet at the Glastonbury Festival.
Christopher Shale’s body was discovered shortly after 9am this morning (June 26). He was believed to be in his 50s.
Sky News reports that a woman was seen being comforted by officers backstage.
Police have cordoned off the shower and toilet area, as well as some of the camping area where production teams are staying.
