Take That have resolved an issue that caused their stage robot to malfunction during their performance at the City Of Manchester Stadium on Saturday (June 4).
The incident occurred during the song 'Love Love' and left singers Mark Owen and Howard Donald stranded in the palms of the robot, called Om.
They were forced to perform much of the following song, 'Never Forget', away from the rest of their band mates before crew members arrived with a ladder.
The problem was eventually resolved and Om finished the show in working order.
In a statement, the group said: "There is no guarantee that with a mechanical structure the size of Om, there will be no recurrence at some point but all seems fine now."
Om measures 30m in height and is the centre-piece of the £15million production. You can read Gigwise's gig report from Saturday's concert below.
