Jedward And Blue Beaten By Azerbaijan At Eurovision 2011

Jedward and Blue have been beaten by Azerbaijan at this year’s Eurovision contest.

Azerbaijan took home the Eurovision title at the final held in Düsseldorf, Germany tonight (May 14).

Jedward, who made it through the semi-finals on Thursday (May 12) with their Irish entry, 'Lipstick', came eleventh in the competition with the United Kingdom's entry Blue finishing eighth with 'I Can'.

Prior to the final bookmakers William Hill had given Jedward odds of 11/4 from 25/1 to win the competition, with France the 6/4 favourites.

Meanwhile, Blue accused UK radio stations of failing to support their entry into this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
