KISS star Gene Simmons has revealed that the band have begun work on their new album.
The group, who released their last album 'Sonic Boom' in 2009, are recording their latest effort in Los Angeles.
“Went into the studio today for day 1 of the new studio album,” Simmons wrote on Twitter. “We've got some rockin' stuff.”
KISS have yet to announce when the album will be released, but Paul Stanley has hinted that fans should expect to hear it soon.
Both Simmons and Stanley have claimed that their new album is a follow-on from 'Sonic Boom'.
