The Libertines fans have accused X Factor contestant Katie Waissel of ripping off the band's 'What Katie Did'.
The singer received a backlash from fans after she performed her new single 'The Ugly Truth' on the Alan Titchmarsh Show yesterday (April 13).
Waissel is accused of sampling the line ''shoop, shoop, shoop de lang de lang" from The Libertines' 2004 track 'What Katie Did'.
'The Ugly Truth' is the first single to be taken from Waissel's debut album, due out later this year.
Meanwhile, Simon Cowell has stepped down as a judge on the British version of The X Factor.
