Lily Allen has responded to reports that she has agreed to be a judge on The X Factor.
Tabloid reports at the weekend said Allen and Take That singer Gary Barlow had agreed to come on board for the next series, which begins later this year.
But responding on Twitter, Allen appeared confused over the origins of the story.
She wrote: “Nice to know that I'm 80% confirmed to be a judge on x factor, anyone thinking about running it by me? Maybe that's the 20% bit...”
In a later message, Allen added: “I'll only do it if there's a 'pop songs in a foreign language week'.”
She then posted a link to a video of an Italian version of Stevie Wonder's 'My Cherie Amor'.
