Lady Gaga Assures 'Born This Way' Video Announcement 'Soon'

Lady Gaga has said she plans to make an announcement about the video to her new single 'Born This Way' “soon”.

The singer kept fans updated about the much-anticipated video's progress in a message on Twitter earlier today (February 21).

“Just finished editing Born This Way video,” she wrote. “Announcement Soon! X”

Lady Gaga, who resumed her Monster Ball US tour last night (February 20), filmed the video over the course of three days in New York last month.

Sources have described the Jonas Akerlund-directed film as Lady Gaga's “love letter to the homosexual community”. There are also reports that it made some crew members cry during filming

'Born This Way' is the first single to be taken from the singer's album of the same name, due out in May.
