Tinie Tempah has denied reports he has been asked to perform at Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding this spring.
Earlier this month, tabloid reports linked the British rapper to the ceremony in April.
But during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, he said he had not heard anything about the rumours, reports the Press Association.
Asked if he would be performing, he replied: "Am I? Really? Are you serious? Honestly, I've heard as much as you."
The rapper went on to admit that the Prince had attended one of his gigs, but he didn’t recognise the second in line to the throne.
"I came on for an encore and saw this tall white guy in a hat and I thought, he looks a bit familiar,” he said.
Prince William and Middleton are due to tie the knot on April 29.
