Nick Cave of Bad Seeds and Grinderman has been involved in a car crash in Hove, it has been reported.
The frontman and his two sons were in his Jaguar when the car crashed into a speed camera last night (November 7), BBC News reports.
''The camera belongs to the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership, not the police, and the railings belong to the local highway authority. Both agencies were informed. Nobody has been arrested but police inquiries are continuing," Sussex Police told BBC News.
Cave and passengers were unharmed and no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
Meanwhile, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds have announced that the band will release a new album sometime in 2011.
