Dr Dre has announced details of the first single from his long-awaited new album ‘Detox’.
The track, entitled ‘Kush’, features rappers Snoop Dogg and Akon.
In an interview with US radio station Radio Big Boy, Dr Dre said the song was about smoking weed.

The producer also revealed that his was in the final stages of completing the follow-up to 1999’s ‘2001’.
"I need about two or three more songs and hopefully I'll start the mixing process in the next month,” he said. “From that point I'm about 30 days out."
The release date for ‘Detox’ or ‘Kush’ have yet to be confirmed.
