Kanye West will perform at the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York, it’s been announced.
The rapper leads a line-up that also include Jessica Simpson and Gladys Knight.
The 84th parade on November 4 will start on Central Park West and end in front of Macy's on 34th Street.
A spokesperson told the Associated Press the parade’s eclectic line-up was intended to capture “people who are in the zeitgeist”.
West releases his new studio album ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy’ on November 22.
