Bruce Springsteen is set to make a cameo appearance on Glee, according to reports.
The singer has apparently been approached about making a guest spot during season two of the hit US TV show.
"Bruce is such an all-American icon we thought it would be great to get him on board," a source said. revealed. "His music is loved by everyone and it has such potential to fit into the show."
MSNBC reports that the potential deal is in the “talks” stage.
A guest appearance from Springsteen would come follows Britney Spears' recent spot on the show.
The singer featured in a tribute episode, entitled Brittany/Britney. Madonna and Lady Gaga have also worked with the show in the past.
