Johnny Borrell has said he is pleased former Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows has embarked on a solo career.
Burrows, who quit the band in March 2009, launched his new group I Am Arrows earlier this year.
In an interview with BBC 6 Music, Borrell said he would “miss” Burrows and couldn't say whether they would ever work together again.
"That's way, way in the future, I'm just glad that he is doing something that makes him happy, I have plenty of respect for him,” the singer said.
Borrell is currently recording Razorlight's fourth album, which he has said will mark a return to the band's early sound.
