Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis has revealed that all three headliners for next year's festival have been finalised.
In an interview with BBC Newsbeat, Eavis said the three acts were all “incredibly impressive”, but that he wanted to announce them after tickets had sold out.
"The headliners next year are absolutely fantastic - I can guarantee that,” he said. “It'll be on a par with this year, and possibly slightly better even."
But Eavis wouldn't be drawn on whether the headliners included U2, who were forced to pull out of this year's festival when Bono injured his back.
The 75-year-old also revealed that he had no plans to retire from the day-to-day running of the event, which celebrated it's 40th anniversary this year.
Tickets for next year's festival go on sale on Sunday (October 3). Fans must register for the chance to buy tickets before 9am tomorrow (October 1).
