Lil' Wayne Prison Homecoming Gig On November 5

Lil' Wayne will play a homecoming gig on November 5 to mark his release from prison.

The rapper is currently serving a one-year jail sentence in New York for gun possession.

Fellow Young Money label mate Drake revealed details about the concert in a webchat with fans on Thursday (August 19).

"November 5, the Welcome Home Weezy concert," Drake said, before adding: "That's gonna be crazy.”

Further details about the concert – including the planned location – have yet to be revealed.
