LCD Soundsystem's UK tour starting this week will still go ahead thanks to a monumental effort from the band.
James Murphy and co. flew into Madrid from New York this morning – one of the few cities in Europe currently unaffected by the Icelandic volcano ash – and now face a lengthy drive to the UK.
Despite their best efforts, however, LCD have been forced to cancel their show in Dublin.
They wrote on Twitter today: “Made it to Europe... Spain... Now we drive to London. So bummed to cancel Dublin.”
