Also playing are Hybrid, Eliza Doolittle, Beans On Toast, Fenech-Soler, James Yuill, Envy, Golden Filter, Hoodlums, Naïve New Beaters, Goldierocks, Animal Kingdom and Sarah Blasko.
Goldheart Assembly, Eddy Temple Morris, The Loose Cannons, Doorly, Freestylers Soundsystem, Summer Camp, Lissie, Tommy Sparks and Mr Fogg are all amongst the plethora of new names.
As previously reported, Secret Garden Party is headlined by Mercury Rev and Gorillaz Sound System while Marina & The Diamonds, The Whip and Kate Walsh also appear on the bill.
Secret Garden Part takes place in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire on 22 - 25 July 2010.
