Oasis' Noel Gallagher: 'Liam Is Rude, Arrogant, Intimidating and Lazy'

Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher has described his brother, Liam, as “rude arrogant, intimidating and lazy”.

In an interview with Q magazine, the guitarist said his brother had never met his nephew, Noel’s 19-month-old son, Donovan.

He also mocked Liam’s regular running routine. It is thought the singer runs each day.

“He’s never seen my little lad, just pictures,” Noel said of his brother.

“To a stranger it sounds ludicrous, but you wouldn’t have him in the house if he spoke to you the way he speaks to me and my family.

“He’s rude, arrogant, intimidating and lazy. He’s the angriest man you’ll ever meet. He’s like a man with a fork in a world of soup.”

Speaking about Liam’s running habits, Noel said his brother was either “having a nervous breakdown or he’s training for the Olympics”.

“I’ve never seen anyone jog so much. Andy and Gem run too,” he said.

“ I worry we’re all going to be in the gym at the same time. If that day comes, that’s it for me. It’s finished.”

The interview, syndicated by The Sun newspaper, comes after Liam described Noel and comedian Russell Brand as “a pair of old housewives”.

It is thought Liam's comments, written on Twitter, were in reference to Noel and Brand's recent join radio show.
