Singer Dolly Parton has said she would consider performing at next year's Glastonbury festival.
The 2010 event will mark the 40th anniversary of the festival in Somerset.
Parton, 63, said she couldn't guarantee that she would perform, but would like the opportunity to one day appear at the festival.
“Well I would certainly consider it. We've got a lot of things going on,” she told BBC 6Music.
“I couldn't promise that I'd do it but we'll certainly maybe one of these times get a chance to do it.”
Parton was linked to last year's festival but was forced to deny the rumours.
The singer is currently awaiting the Broadway opening of the musical adaptation of the movie 9 to 5, which she has scored.
