Sir Paul McCartney has apparently called for people to stop eating meat on a Monday.
His comments follow a new report from the United Nations which says that by cutting down on their meat intake, people will help slow down the rate of climate change.
"A meat-free Monday is like going to the gym - with the advantage of protecting the planet," McCartney said.
McCartney, a long-term advocate of vegetarianism, recently spoke out against a planned Kangaroo cull in Australia, saying it would be a “shameful massacre”.
