A feature film about U2 is to get a worldwide release on January 25th.
‘U2 3D’ includes footage from the South American leg of the band’s Vertigo world tour and is the first film to be shot , edited and released in 3-dimensions.
The National Geographic feature has edited 700 hours of concert footage from seven shows into the 92 minute feature.
Directed by Catherine Owens, ‘U2 3D,’ will be shown in select cities across the world.
