Liam Gallagher: 'I Could Do Twice As Many Drugs As Amy Winehouse'

Liam Gallagher has sent a warning out to Amy Winehouse to stop her ways, but he still believes he could have taken double the drugs of the singer in his heyday.

The Oasis frontman said that if drugs are affecting Wino, then she should stand back from her habit a bit.

He said: “She plays with fire, you get burnt. That’s the way it goes. If she knows what she’s doing’s no good then she needs to back up a bit.”

But Liam maintains that he’d have had the upper hand on Wino in the drug taking department in his day, saying: “She’s young. I’d probably be doing the same thing – except twice the drugs. I’m sure she’ll grow out of it.”

Asked by The Sun about Wino’s music, he continued: “It’s alright. I like that ‘Rehab.’ I’ve heard stuff on TV. She’s good.”
