Franz Ferdinand have announced they will be making available a newly recorded version of This Fire, via download only on November 15th. The new version, recorded with Rich Costey, (who has just finished work on the forthcoming albums from Mars Volta and Bloc Party), has been renamed ‘This Fffire’ and is a freshly rearranged version of the live favourite that appears on the bands 2 million + selling eponymous debut album.
