Featuring T.I and Ashanti this commemorative single for Tupac is more of an almighty flop rather than a decent tribute to the infamous rapper. Essentially ‘Pac’s Life’ is a very simple song based upon a standard beat thinly veiled by something on the keyboards that’s supposedly the melody. Ashanti’s vocals don’t sit well within the ‘music’ and grate after singing the same two lines three or four times over, and T.I’s voice is so low and the words so slurred you’ve no idea what he’s mumbling on about. Most Tupac fans will once again be disappointed by this repetitive and uninspiring attempt to recount the rapper's controversial lifestyle, not to mention further blemishing his name with such drivel.
