The Last Shadow Puppets have released their new video for recent cover of Jaques Dutronc’s ‘Les Cactus’ taken from forthcoming EP ‘The Dream Synopsis’ released 2 December. You can watch it on Gigwise below.

The video features both Turner and Kane in a studio with an orchestra, some cool ultra attire and some very brave dance moves.

Alex Turner’s French vocals and Miles Kane’s brilliant guitar playing create the perfect cover of Dutronc’s most famous and super cool song. One already proving to be popular with fans of the band.

They have previously released the video for their cover of Leonard Cohen's ‘Is This What You Wanted’- proving not only can the duo create masterpieces of their own, they can also do justice to other musical masterpieces and give them that Shadow Puppets touch.

There are still a few covers to be heard from the EP, out next month, including a cover of post-punk Manchester legends The Fall’s ‘Totally Wired and a version of ‘This Is Your Life’ from Bristol band Glaxo Babies. There's new versions of album favourites ‘Aviation’ and ‘The Dream Synopsis’ included, too.

Only a couple of weeks to go, but this is certainly another exciting teaser and a feast for the eyes for all fans of the genius duo.
