Twitter is a PR agent's nightmare. Whilst the likes of Max Clifford can usually keep their celebrity clients in check during interviews and keep a watchful eye over the papers, the rise of the micro-blogging site has a seen shocking number of frustrated celebrities descend into full-on meltdown mode as the world looks on with amusement.

This week alone, we've seen 50 Cent turn to Twitter to spit bile over his record label, claim that he's expecting to die soon and fantasise about being a bird, whilst Sinead O' Connor has tweeted about a 'mad love making affair' with her estranged husband.
