US rapper Tone Loc collapsed on stage during a show in Iowa and reportedly received medical treatment for several minutes during what is believed to have been a seizure.
The remainder of his performance at the Bridge Bash in Des Moines was cancelled by promoters as the rapper, real name Anthony Smith suffered the latest in a long run of health problems, reports US gossip website TMZ.
In July 2012 Tone Loc collapsed on stage from exhaustion and exactly two months later the rapper was reported to suffer a seizure during a comedy show, a rumour Loc's management deny - blaming the incident on a bout of food poisoning.
The 47-year-old starr allegedly refused to be taken to hospital as his management initially did not respond to phone calls and e-mails regarding the star's condition.
Ton Loc's collapse is the latest health scare for the rapper
Tone Loc, best known for 80s singles 'Wild Thing' and 'Funky Cold Medina' also turned his hand to acting during the 90s, starring alonside Jim Carrey in Ace Ventura and Al Pacino in Heat. The rapper has also leant his voice to several animated characters including starring in the American TV show King Of The Hill.
