British rock star Peter frampton took to Twitter to announce his anger at being rear-ended by a texting driver.
The Humble Pie guitarist claims he was on a highway in California when the female driver drove into the back of his stationary car.
"Texting woman driver just ran into back of me while I was stationary in traffic 101 freeway. Can you say whiplash? People put the phones down!"
Frampton then went on to discuss the injuries he had sustained from the incident:
"Back and neck not good. Going to ER after my flight today."
This isn't the first time Frampton has been involved in a motoring incident. In the Bahamas in 1978 he suffered a 'near fatal' car crash that left him with concussion, broken bones and muscle damage.
Peter Frampton is about to embark on his '6 Days in August:Grin & Bear It Tour' around the U.S.
