A previously unreleased Daft Punk song is set to see the light of day on a new dance compilation.
The song, entitled 'Drive', was unearthed by dance label Soma Records when they were sorting through old demos.
A message on their website said: “Imagine our surprise when we discovered a tape simply entitled ‘Daft Drive’.”
'Drive' was originally sent to be released with the songs 'Rolling' and Scratchin', but was shelved for a later date in favour of 'Da Funk'.
It will now be released as track 1 on the 'Soma 20 Years' compilation triple CD, which also includes songs by Slam, Silicone Soul, The Black Dog, Funk D’Void, Samuel L Session, Percy X and Desert Storm.
'Soma 20 Years' is released on September 19.
