Cartoon band Gorillaz have launched an interactive 3D game for the iPhone and iPad.
Escape To Plastic Beach enables users to become Murdoc as he attempts to foil 2D’s repeated escape attempts and battles ghost pirate ships.
The game features eight levels with designs from Jamie Hewlett and music and voice-overs from the band.
Escape To Plastic Beach is available to download now from Apple's iTunes store.
Coldplay, Weezer and Daft Punk are among a host of acts who have already released Apps for the iPhone.
Meanwhile, frontman Damon Albarn has admitted that Gorillaz headline set at Glastonbury last month lacked “human interaction”.
