Amy Winehouse has cancelled her planned comeback gig in London on May 31.
The gig at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire was to form part of her label Island Records' 50th birthday celebrations.
"Amy would like to apologise to her fans who bought tickets for the show," the record label said in a statement.
The cancellation comes a week after Winehouse was admitted to hospital in St Lucia complaining of chest pains.
The singer was discharged on Saturday after undergoing medical tests, her spokesman said.
Winehouse appeared at the St Lucia Jazz festival earlier this month but was forced to abandon her performance after just an hour on stage.
The singer forgot the words to some of her biggest hits and was accused of being inebriated on stage by concertgoers at the event.
But a spokesman said the show was aborted because adverse weather conditions had caused technical difficulties throughout the set.
Winehouse has been a guest in St Lucia on and off for the last six months while recording her third album.
