Amy Winehouse Requests Home Comforts For Latest Rider

Amy Winehouse may be known for her partying lifestyle but her rider requests for one of her upcoming shows may be a little surprising to some of her fans.

The singer, more widely known for her love of alcohol and drugs, has asked organisers of the St Lucia Jazz Festival to provide her with some home comforts she is missing on the Caribbean island.

Her rider for the event includes teabags and brown sauce, although it also lists 100 bottles of beer and four litres  of tequila if she does want to party.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “Amy has been missing her home comforts while she has been away.

“When they said she could have anything, those were the two things she was craving from home.

“The only problem is finding them on the island. It has caused the organisers a complete headache.

“Yorkshire Tea isn’t exactly the most popular beverage over there, so they are going to have to fork out to have it shipped over.”

They added: “Amy has cleaned up her act since last year and is in a really good place at the moment.

“She still likes to party but, thankfully, these days her worst vice is downing a couple of shots of tequila.”
