More than 2000 personal items belonging to Michael Jackson have go on public display ahead of a planned auction later this month.
The collection includes the infamous white glove Jackson wore in the video to ‘Billie Jean’.
Other items on display in Beverley Hills include the gates to the singer’s former Neverland Home and various stage outfits.
The four-day auction is scheduled to begin on April 22, despite claims from Jackson’s lawyers that he has not given permission for the sale.
Jackson is expected to file a further court motion on April 15 to try and prevent the sale.
But auctioneer Darren Julien of Julien's Auction House has said he agreed a contract with Jackson's managers and that the singer approved an initial press release.
In court earlier this month, Julien's lawyer told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brett Klein that his client faced bankruptcy if the sale was halted.
"The contract is clear as well water," he said. Julien is reported to have spent $2million on the auction.
The collection of memorabilia has already toured Europe and the east coast of America.
