U2 fans have rushed to buy tickets for the European leg of the band's forthcoming 360° Tour, which begins in Barcelona on June 30th.
More than 312,000 tickets were sold in just 24 hours when a handful of continental dates went on sale over the weekend.
The Irish band have been forced to add shows in Gothenburg, Amsterdam and Milan. They will also play an extra show at Dublin's Croke Park on July 25th.
Tickets for the UK dates of U2's tour in London, Sheffield, Glasgow and Cardiff go on sale on Friday (March 20th). Prices range from £30 to £150.
As previously reported on Gigwise, the stage set will feature an innovative 360° design which affords an unobstructed view for the audience.
Support on the tour will come from the likes of Glasvegas, Elbow, Kaiser Chiefs, Snow Patrol and Black Eyed Peas.
