Rod Stewart will perform at the Prince of Wales’ 60th birthday party next month, it's been announced.
The former Faces star will join guests, including members of the Royal Family, at Prince Charles’ home in Highgrove, Gloucestershire.
Stewart is an ambassador to Prince Charles’ Prince’s Trust charity.
The Duchess of Cornwall will host the party, which precedes a private function at Buckingham Palace.
The heir to the throne turns 60 on November 14th.
During his birthday week, Charles is due to travel to France to represent Britain at international commemorations to mark the 90th anniversary of the end of World War I.
He and the Duchess of Cornwall will also dine with French president Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife, Carla Bruni.
