Eminem’s first studio album in four years will reportedly be entitled ‘King Mathers’.
The rapper is expected to release the album, which features a collaboration with 50 Cent, this December via Interscope Records.
A source close to the rapper has described the quality of Eminem’s new music as “prodigious”, adding: “[He] is out to realise his full potential.”
“It’s exciting times and, of course, there’s massive expectation surrounding this new record,” the unnamed source told the News of the World newspaper.
“But the fans need not worry about its quality. Most of the music’s being mastered at the moment. There’s a real belief the album will go stellar.”
Last year Eminem suggested that he may not record another studio album because of personal issues.
But he confirmed earlier this month that he had returned to the studio and is "just banging out tracks".
Eminem’s last studio album was 2004’s ‘Encorce’.
